HARRISBURG – Individuals requesting child or spousal support will now have the option to submit court documents online using the e-Services feature on the Pennsylvania Child Support Web site.
“E-Services is a quicker and more efficient option for Pennsylvania families who rely on financial support to help keep them safe and healthy,” Department of Public Welfare Secretary Beverly Mackereth said. “They can submit information and documents from the comfort of their homes rather than needing to visit an office and fill out forms there.”
E-Services enables clients or their attorneys to request support services through the Pennsylvania Child Support website and submit court documents directly to their county Domestic Relations Section of the County Court of Common Pleas.
Clients and attorneys can use e-Services to request new orders, modify existing orders and recover overpayments.
