DUBOIS – The local Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) group, HR Management Association of North Central PA (HRMANCPA), had its annual reorganization meeting on Sept. 11.
At the meeting, the group elected their leaders, including Michelle DiGilarmo as president and their board members. DiGilarmo announced the group had achieved “Superstar Status” for increasing membership by at least 4 percent.
HRMANCPA gives local HR professionals, aspiring professionals and business associates the opportunity focus on current human resource management issues of importance to members. Members also shared the value of meetings for the development of trust relationships where common problems can be discussed and deliberated.
The group invites individuals to join its “Superstar” Society and attend its next meeting on Oct. 9 at the DuBois Diner.
Breakfast and registration starts at 8 a.m., with the program starting at 8:30 a.m.
Clearfield-Jefferson County Drug and Alcohol Commission will be presenting on Drug and Alcohol Issues in the Workplace.
