For Harvestfest visitors who like to visit with four-legged friends, a petting zoo is also going to be set up in the park.

History enthusiasts can take a walk back in time by touring the Civil War Encampment located at the Tipton Creek Railroad area in the park.  Cannons will signal the start of the shows each day at 12 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.

“This fall festival is a showcase for fantastic food, creative crafts and wonderful entertainment,” says Carl Crider Jr., general manager and president of DelGrosso’s Amusement Park.

“We will have wood carvers, pumpkin decorating and even an antique car show on Sunday.  Harvestfest has a little something for everyone.”
