Penn State-Massachusetts game set for 4 p.m. kick

Penn State’s Sept. 20 “Band Day” game with Massachusetts is set for a 4 p.m. kick in Beaver Stadium, the Nittany Lions’ seventh announced start time for the 2014 season.
