The State College Spikes are back in the New York-Penn League Championship Series for the second consecutive season! The Spikes defeated the Hudson Valley Renegades (Tampa Bay Rays) in a closely-contested three-game series that finished Friday evening and will now face the Tri-City ValleyCats (Houston Astros) in the best-of-three New York-Penn League Championship Series. Game 1 of the NYPLCS will take place Sunday at 6:05 p.m. at Medlar Field! It will be the only home game for the Spikes in this year’s championship series. Tickets are now available for Sunday’s Game 1!
