BROCKPORT – The North Central Pennsylvania Landlord Association will hold its annual membership drive dinner Thursday at Scottish Heights, 287 Scottish Heights Dr., Brockport.
The meeting will get under way at 7 p.m. Meeting presenters will cover code enforcement officer and Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement Fund opportunities.
