Spikes reduce magic number to one with win

Danny Diekroeger extended his hitting streak to 16 games with a three-hit night, and the State College Spikes lowered their magic number for a New York-Penn League Pinckney Division crown to one with an 8-0 victory over the Jamestown Jammers on Friday night at Russell Diethrick Park, putting them one win away from a division title.
