CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Area United Way is preparing letters for its 2014-15 community campaign.
Its community campaign raises funds to help 24 local member agencies located throughout eastern, southern and central Clearfield County.
Special and major letters went out last week and this week the business and professional divisions are being mailed, according to campaign organizers.
More than 75 volunteers comprise the community campaign team and help out in numerous areas.
Anyone who hasn’t received a campaign letter and who would like to contribute should please mail their donation to Clearfield Area United Way, 18 N. Second St., P.O. Box 1430, Clearfield, PA 16830.
This year the CAUW would like to raise $245,500 and asks individuals to give, so it can help others who are infants through elderly.
