NYPL announces 2014 Hall of Fame inductees

The New York‐Penn League (CLASS A) has announced the inductees for the New York‐Penn League Hall of Fame Class of 2014. Former players John Elway and Randy Johnson will join NYPL historian Charlie Wride in this year’s Hall of Fame class. Induction ceremonies are scheduled to take place during pre-game ceremonies for the 2014 New York‐Penn League All‐Star Game in Brooklyn, New York, home of the Brooklyn Cyclones, on Tuesday, August 19.
