Woman Accused of Yelling Obscenities, Exposing Herself in Philipsburg

PHILIPSBURG – A 45-year-old Philipsburg woman, Janet Elizabeth Oswalt, has been accused of yelling obscenities and exposing herself to a 62-year-old man on Wednesday afternoon in Philipsburg Borough.

According to the state police at Philipsburg, Oswalt left the Weis Market parking lot and pulled over along the Your Building Center, where she observed the victim sitting in his vehicle. Oswalt parked and exited her vehicle, at which point she allegedly yelled at the victim, using obscene language and homosexual slurs.

After that, Oswalt got back into her vehicle and drove approximately five feet away before she stopped again. She allegedly got back out of her vehicle and bent over, exposing her rear end and yelling obscenities at the victim again. Oswalt then fled the scene, state police said.
