Tammy Lynn Bennett, 50, of Grampian died Monday, July 21, 2014 at DuBois Penn Highlands.
Born June 13, 1964 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of Henry LeRoy and Frances Jane (Shields) Bennett. She was Christian by faith.
She had been employed at the Dubois Regional Medical Center as a registered nurse. She worked in the rehabilitation department and was employed as an RN with Vantage Health Care Network.
She was a member of the Curwensville Moose Lodge No. 268.
On Jan. 9, 1993 in Grampian, she wed Thomas P. Leonard of Grampian, who survives.
She’s survived by two children, Kyle Paul Leonard of Reynoldsville and Tashawna Nicolle Leonard and her fiancé, Steven Phillips of Grampian and her parents, Henry and Frances Bennett of Marion Center.
Funeral services for Mrs. Bennett will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home Inc. of Curwensville with the Rev. Stephen Shields officiating. Burial will follow in the Wood Cemetery in Grampian.
Friends will be received from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
