“Think F.A.S.T.” Event Slated for Thursday at Library

CLEARFIELD – The Joseph & Elizabeth Shaw Public Library will offer a health literacy event as part of its Literary Elements adult summer reading program. “Think F.A.S.T.” will be held on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.

Jolene Barbazzeni, a registered nurse, is a stroke educator from Penn Highlands DuBois. She will discuss stroke awareness and prevention with the audience. Additionally, she will share important steps to take when suffering a stroke.

The library is open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m., and Fridays from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m.
