PIKE TOWNSHIP – A 17-year-old Clearfield boy sustained moderate injuries in a motorcycle accident Friday on Walker Road in Pike Township, reported the state police at Clearfield.
The boy was traveling southbound and attempting to negotiate a right-hand curve. He lost control of his motorcycle, which traveled across the northbound lane and overturned.
The boy was wearing a motorcycle helmet and sustained moderate injuries. He was transported to Altoona for medical treatment, state police said.
