Summer Reading Program Kicks Off with Magic Show

CLEARFIELD – The “Fizz, Boom, Read!” summer reading program at Joseph & Elizabeth Shaw Public Library opened with a bang on June 16.

The “Magic of Science” kick-off event featured a display of illusions by M&M Magic. Magicians Bobby and Danny Mehok wowed more than 150 people with their entertaining show.

The “Fizz, Boom, Read!” summer reading program continues on Monday at 10:30 a.m. when puppeteer Adam Swartz presents: “The Great Bug-tacular Game Show.” All ages are encouraged to join in the fun.
