CURWENSVILLE – The Curwensville Community Center’s Special Events Committee will host its first “100 Yards of Sales” on July 18-19 during the Curwensville Days Celebration. It will be held at the center from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Individuals and organizations can add their yard sale items to the first community-wide yard sale event. Each indoor space is 10 feet by 10 feet and $10. Outdoor spaces are $5 and individuals can bring tables or rent them at $2 each from the Community Center.
Checks should be made payable to the Curwensville Community Center and mailed to the attention of the “Special Events Committee,” P.O. Box 171, Curwensville, PA 16833. Spaces will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis as payments are received.
Food and refreshments will also be available. Any interested person should please call 814-236-3797 for more information.
Proceeds will benefit the air-conditioning project at the Community Center, which is already in progress. All donations are greatly appreciated.
