Sandra C. McCracken, 73, of Sykesville, died Monday, May 26, 2014 at Christ the King Manor.
Born Jan. 25, 1941 in Salamanca, NY, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Marilyn (France) Mac Millan.
She was married to Charles H. Cox. She then married Robert A. McCracken. They both preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed needlework, riding motorcycles and most importantly, spending time with her family.
She’s survived by her children, Marilyn Burgoon and her husband, Michael of Rew, Charles H. Cox III and his wife, Terri of Warren, Ohio, Jeff Cox and Michelle Walk and her husband, Russ, both of Sykesville, Lisa Vasilauskas and her husband, Grant of Soldier and Rosemary Snyder of DuBois; two brothers, Bruce Mac Millan of Salamanca, NY and Craig Mac Millan of Ludiwisci, Ga.; three sisters, Audrey Lunsford and Eileen Mac Millan, both of Salamanca, NY, and Lorraine Mac Millan of La.; 20 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her son, Howard Cox, her infant daughter, Shannon; two brothers, Ray and Brian; and three sisters, Joanne, Linda and Roxanne.
There will be no public visitation.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Brooks officiating.
