CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Center for Active Living hosted a Volunteer Appreciation Event on April 29, at the Center.
Shown from left are Joan Serena, Doris Ensminger and Ethel McLaughlin, three of the more than 90 volunteers who have helped provide more than 4,000 hours of service to the Center in the past year. Ten ‘Super-Volunteers’ provided more than 100 hours individually and received a special certificate.
Volunteers help in the day-to-day operations of the center, assist in fundraisers, aid in the distribution of Farmers Market vouchers and much more. Those unable to attend the event are asked to stop in at the center to pick up their certificate of appreciation.
