HOUTZDALE – A recent activity enjoyed by some participants of the Houtzdale Community Center was making Easter bonnets and taking part in an Easter parade.

In 2013, the Central Pennsylvania Community Action (CPCA) served more than 15,900 unduplicated individuals through its vast array of services.
The CPCA’s primary services includes housing services, weatherization, rental housing, case management, food services, heating and utility assistance, employment assistance and training, consumer information and referral, and transportation services.
