Cody D. Cantolina, 19, of Clearfield died Monday, May 12, 2014 at his home.
He was born Feb. 3, 1995 in DuBois, the son of Susan L. (Welsh) Cantolina and Pat W. Cantolina, both of Clearfield. He enjoyed playing the guitar.
He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Angel Marie Cantolina and Brooke Allison Cantolina, both of Clearfield; and his paternal grandmother, Dorothy Cantolina of Morrisdale. He’s also survived by a number of aunts, uncles and cousins and his best friend, Thomas Johnson of Frenchville.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Anthony Cantolina; his maternal grandparents, Patricia and William Welsh; and an uncle, Richard Cantolina.
Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Bennett & Houser Funeral Home Inc. of Clearfield with Pastor Mark Melhorn officiating. Burial will be in the Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde.
Friends will be received from 6 p.m. until the hour of the services Tuesday at the funeral home.
