DUBOIS – The Clear Penn Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) celebrated Administrative Professionals Week with a special dinner on April 23, Administrative Professionals Day, at Penn State DuBois.
There were 19 members and guests in attendance. Carol Lundgren, CAP/OM, presented information on the benefits of membership in IAAP.
The program was “Leading with Emotional Intelligence: Everything Good Comes from It.” It was presented by Shelly Luchini, a Clear-Penn chapter member.
The next dinner meeting will be held at 6 p.m. May 13 at the DuBois Business College. The program will be English Grammar 101 and presented by Mary Syktich, CAP/OM, who is a Clear-Penn chapter member.
Members are also reminded that the upcoming meeting will be election of officers for the year. Members are asked to please plan on attending the meeting.

Getting involved with IAAP activities provides an opportunity to develop professional and personal skills of leadership, public speaking, meeting planning and networking. All office professionals are welcome to attend any meeting.
