PHILIPSBURG – The investigation is continuing into an alleged sexual assault that occurred in July/August of 2012 at a residence in Philipsburg Borough.
State police at Philipsburg were contacted by the victim who advised she’d been sexually assaulted by someone known to her. No further information was provided in the report.
