Purvis claims ALC Defensive Player of the Year

Senior defender Lauren Purvis (Maple Glen, Pa.) of the No. 7/8 Penn State women’s lacrosse team was named the American Lacrosse Conference Defensive Player of the Year, as the league announced its major award winners and all-conference teams Thursday morning.
