Basketball adds Devin Foster for 2014-15 season

Devin Foster has signed a national letter of intent to join the Penn State men’s basketball team beginning with the 2014-15 season, Patrick Chambers, who enters his fourth season as head coach of the Nittany Lions, announced Wednesday. The Vincennes University junior college product has two years of eligibility remaining.
