“Miles of Mustaches” 5K Race Benefits Jeff Thomas, Family

CURWENSVILLE – One-hundred-and-sixty-six people participated in a “Miles of Mustaches” 5K Run/Walk to benefit Jeff Thomas and his family on Saturday in Curwensville.  Race organizers raised a total of $2,882.50 for the Thomas family and paid for a specialized tub needed due to his injuries.

Overall male winners were:  first place, Alec Freeman, 17:16; second place, Brett Decker, 20:26; and third place, Heath McCracken, 21:13.  Overall female winners were:  first place, Vanessa Snyder, 21:42; second place, Jamie Corbin, 24:39; and third place, Jilynn Hess, 25:19.
