Dolores A. Hockenberry, 75, of New Millport died Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at her residence. Born April 3, 1938 in Thompsontown, she was the daughter of Water and Catherine (Holes) Diehl.
She was married to Clifford Hockenberry, whom died Feb. 27, 2011. Mrs. Hockenberry was a homemaker.
She’s survived by a son, Clifford Hockenberry Jr. and his wife, Brenda of Clearfield; a daughter, Peggy Passmore and her husband, Gerri of New Millport; her granddaughters, Annabella Passmore and Jolene Passmore; her brothers, Tim Diehl of Fallentimer and Sam Diehl of Curwensville; and a sister, Edith Brozgal of Altoona.
Mrs. Hockenberry was preceded in death by her parents and husband and her brothers, Bob and John Diehl.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Lloyd-Dimmick Funeral Home Inc., 91 Rose St. in Irvona.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Pastor Robert Witherow officiating.
Burial will be in the Beaver Valley Cemetery.
