CLEARFIELD – Dutch Pantry of Clearfield will collect donations for “Live United” T-Shirt tags to benefit the Clearfield Area United Way and its 25 local member agencies during April.
Tags will be displayed throughout the restaurant. The United Way helps to support member agencies located throughout eastern, southern and central Clearfield County.
The CAUW also conducts the Jeans for Teens Program and the “Reading Ripples” project. It collects everything from office equipment to sports items, used luggage, craft supplies, prom items and computer equipment to donate to area non-profits.
Its FamilyWize discount prescription cards are given out for free from the CAUW office or online. Nearly $20,000 has been saved by area residents of all ages just from that program.
