Lady Lions advance to Sweet Sixteen with 83-61 win over Florida

The No. 3 seed Penn State Lady Lions (24-7, 13-3) played one of their most complete games of the season in an 83-61 rout of No. 11 seed Florida (20-12, 8-8 SEC) in the NCAA Tournament Second Round on Tuesday night at the Bryce Jordan Center. Penn State will now travel to Palo Alto, Calif. to face off against No. 2 seed Stanford in the Sweet Sixteen, the Lady Lions’ 13th regional semifinal berth in program history.
