Thomas L. Murray, 71, of DuBois died Thursday, March 20, 2014at his home.
Born June 29, 1942, he was the son of the late Logan and Virginia (Alexander) Murray.
On Oct. 3, 1992, he married Nancy (D’Anna) Murray. She survives.
He worked for DuBois Powdered Metals for more than 20 years.
He was a member of the former Lithuanian Independence Club. He loved to cook and go out for rides. He especially loved his cats and being with his family.
He is survived by one daughter, Gwendolyn Johnson of DuBois; two sisters, Patricia “Pat” Dodd of Cambridge Springs and Arlene Clinton and her husband, Raymond of Girard; a brother, George Murray and his wife, Theresa of DuBois; two grandsons; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, David Alexander and William and Dale Murray; two infant brothers; and one sister, Gloria Adamson.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Harold Hills officiating.
Burial will follow in Taylor Cemetery, Falls Creek.
