State Police Apprehend Fugitive in Winslow Twp.

WINSLOW TOWNSHIP – The DuBois-based state police apprehended a fugitive from justice, Rajender Singh, 52, of Upper Darby on Monday in Winslow Township.

Singh was involved in a vehicle accident along O’Donnell Road. During the accident investigation, state police found Singh was wanted in Delaware and Maryland.

Singh, state police said, was wanted for fraud and deceptive business practices. He was taken into custody and charged with arrest prior to requisition.

Singh was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge David Inzana and placed in the Jefferson County Jail. His bail was set at $50,000; he awaits extradition to Maryland and Delaware.
