State police at Clearfield
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime Sunday or Monday on the Old Erie Pike in Boggs Township. During the incident, someone removed the drain plug to a radiator on the victim’s 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The victim then used the vehicle without knowledge of this and caused the engine to seize. Damage is estimated at $300. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the state police at Clearfield at 814-857-3800.
- An incident of theft by unlawful taking occurred sometime between March 6 and Tuesday in the parking lot of Jacob George Ford Sales in Houtzdale Borough. During the incident, someone removed a Pennsylvania registration plate from the victim’s vehicle. The plate has the PA Registration – JMA8443. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the state police at Clearfield at 814-857-3800.
- An incident of simple assault/harassment occurred Monday on Stone Street in Osceola Mills Borough. During the incident, four females were allegedly involved in an assault. Charges are currently pending further investigation.
Lawrence Township
- Police checked the welfare of a small child at the Edgewood Apartments. The child was playing with a phone and called 9-1-1.
- Police received a report about an incident of harassment from a Willow Drive resident.
- Police received a report about speeding coal trucks and tractor-trailers on Park Avenue Extension. Police will provide extra patrols of this area.
- Police received a report about an incident of harassment in the area of Clarendon Avenue.
- Police received a report about an accident in the area of Skate Alley. No injuries were reported.
- Police received a report about possible drug paraphernalia found in the area of Park Avenue Extension.
- Police received a report about an incident of harassment in the area of Baney Road.
- Police responded to an alarm at a residence in Golden Rod. Upon arrival police determined everything was OK.
Curwensville Borough
- The investigation is continuing into an incident of fraud.
- Police received a report about an incident of identity theft in which someone used personal information to obtain a credit card.
- Police received a report about a juvenile being shot several times with a BB gun.
- A juvenile was observed throwing items at vehicles that were traveling on Ridge Avenue.
- A missing adult who was elderly returned home.
