Speed Limits Restored on I-80 and I-99 in District 2

CLEARFIELD– PennDOT has lifted the speed limit restrictions that were in place on two area roadways in District 2.

Due to the winter storm that impacted the region yesterday, speed limits were reduced to 45 miles per hour. Speed limits have been restored on the following roadways:

The speed reduction of 45 miles per hour remains in place at this time for Route 22/322 in Mifflin and Juniata counties. PennDOT is continuing to treat roadways across the region and will continue until roads are clear.

Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 680 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available by calling 5-1-1, and regional Twitter alerts are available on the 511PA Web site.
