BIGLER TOWNSHIP – A 21-year-old Madera man has been accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl, reported the state police at Clearfield.
According to state police, between July 11 and Nov. 26, the man allegedly engaged in sex acts with the girl. These sex acts allegedly occurred on several occasions at the man’s residence and in a vehicle in a wooded area nearby.
On Jan. 29, charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault and indecent assault were filed against the man through the office of Magisterial District Judge James Hawkins. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled at Centralized Court at the Clearfield County Jail.
