Agnes Alice “Bunny” Krolick, 90, of Curwensville died Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014 at the Ridgeview Elder Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Curwensville.
Born Sept. 7, 1923 in Kellytown, she was the daughter of Robert and Agnes (Rackovan) Rebon. Mrs. Krolick was a homemaker but during World War II had worked in the parachute factory in Curwensville. She was a member of St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church in Curwensville.
On July 31, 1948 in Curwensville, she wed Walter A. Krolick, who preceded her in death on Jan. 13, 2004. She was also preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Joseph, Albert and Edward Rebon and a sister, Ann Rebon.
Surviving are two daughters, Marcia A. Myrter and her husband, Edward Sr. and Kathy Rowles, both of Curwensville; a grandson, Edward Myrter Jr. and his wife, Stacie of Philipsburg; and two great-grandchildren, Jace and Allison Myter. Also surviving are a sister, Mary Kavala and a brother, Robert Rebon, both of Curwensville.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church, 306 Walnut St., Curwensville, with the Rev. Father Mark J. Mastrian as celebrant. Burial will be in the Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde.
Friends will be received from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. – 9:35 a.m. Wednesday at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home Inc. of Curwensville, when the procession will depart for the church.
The Rosary will be recited by members of St. Timothy Altar and Rosary Society 3 p.m. Tuesday, and a Scripture Vigil Service will be conducted at 6 p.m., both at the funeral home.
