Darla Coble, 48, of Allport died Thursday, Dec. 26, 2013 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College.
Born Jan. 17, 1965 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Ruth (Maines) Coble of Allport.
Ms. Coble attended the Lanse Evangelical Free Church. She was a graduate of the West Branch High School in the class of 1983.
She’s survived by a son, Stephen Coble Vigdor of Allport; three sisters, Lori S. Quick and her husband, Patrick of Allport, Sandra L. Lehmier and her husband, Robert of Danville and Jacqueline Graham of Clearfield; two brothers, Gerald Coble and his wife, Laura of Frenchville and Leo Coble Jr. of Allport; one niece; 10 nephews; and one great-nephew.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Chapel of the Strange & Weaver Funeral Service, Morrisdale, with the Pastor Matt Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in the Allport Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of services Monday at the funeral home.
