O’Brien a finalist for Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year

Penn State coach Bill O’Brien has been named a finalist for the Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year for the second consecutive year. The second-year coach has led the Nittany Lions to 15 wins in their last 22 games.
