2013 Spikes third baseman Carson Kelly has been ranked by Baseball America as one of the Top 10 prospects in the St. Louis Cardinals minor league system as part of the publication’s annual off-season list of each organization’s top future stars. Kelly, who checks in at No. 10 on the list, was the Cardinals second round selection in the 2012 June Draft out of high school in Oregon.
