Chambers signs two to Letters of Intent

Penn State men’s basketball coach Patrick Chambers announced the signing of Shep Garner (Philadelphia, Pa./Roman Catholic) and Isaiah Washington (Williamsport, Pa./Williamsport) to NCAA National Letters of Intent beginning in the 2014-15 season.
