An incident of DUI/Act 64 violation occurred Wednesday in the area of Laura and Baker streets in Chester Hill Borough. Further, a 21-year-old man was stopped and passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle. Upon investigation state police found he was under the influence of drugs. The man, state police said, was in possession of drug paraphernalia, which was in plain view on the seat.
