Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of identity theft and criminal attempt/theft by deception occurred sometime between Oct. 30 and Thursday in El Paso, TX and Gardnerville, NV. Further, the victim told state police that her credit card account had been compromised and someone had attempted to use it for purchases and cash advances. The incident remains under investigation at this time.
