CLEARFIELD – PennDOT advises drivers that Interstate 80 westbound near Penfield remains closed due to winter weather.
The road is closed from mile-marker 113 to mile-marker 111. Additionally, I-80 eastbound from the DuBois/101 interchange to the Clearfield 120 interchange is now closed due to winter weather.
Drivers are being detoured around these closures and PennDOT advises that detour routes are slow moving. PennDOT now expects the roadways to re-open by 12 p.m., depending on weather conditions and temperatures.
PennDOT reminds drivers to use caution as they travel and give themselves extra travel time this morning.
