- No injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident Thursday on Interstate 80 westbound in Sandy Township. Christopher R. Knarr, 41, of DuBois was traveling on I-80 westbound in the left-hand lane at mile-marker 96.2 when a deer ran out in front of his vehicle. He wasn’t able to avoid the deer and struck it. After impact Knarr pulled his vehicle off the roadway.
- Minor injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident Thursday on Interstate 80 westbound at mile-marker 99.2 in Sandy Township. Renee R. Decker, 37, o Girard was traveling in the right-hand lane when a deer ran out in front of her vehicle. She was unable to avoid the deer and struck it. After impact, Decker pulled her vehicle off the roadway.
