Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of simple assault occurred sometime Nov. 1-2 on the Rattlesnake Pike in Union Township. During the incident, a 43-year-old Julian man and the victim engaged in a physical altercation. The victim sustained injuries to her head, face and back and was transported to the Mount Nittany Medical Center. Charges were filed through the district court.
