- Police reported an incident of harassment that occurred Friday in the 500 block of Chestnut Avenue. Upon arrival a woman told police that her son had been bullied at the bus stop. Further, when she approached the other child’s mother, she threatened her. The incident remains under investigation, and charges are currently pending.
- On Friday, police responded to an alleged fight that involved multiple males in the 200 block of West Long Avenue. Upon arrival police couldn’t locate the fight, and no one was in the area.
- Police reported an incident of harassment Saturday in the 100 block of South Jared Street. Further, the victim told police that a known male grabbed him by the throat and demanded more money for rent. The incident remains under investigation, and charges are currently pending.
- Police reported an incident of theft from a motor vehicle that occurred on East Long Avenue. Upon arrival the victim told police that sometime Friday, someone broke into his vehicle and stole two GPS devices from inside it. The incident remains under investigation at this time.
- Police received a report about an underage party Saturday in the 100 block of East Park Avenue. Upon arrival police encountered several juveniles who were consuming alcoholic beverages. Police confiscated and disposed of the alcohol and released the juveniles to their parents.
- Police received a report about an intoxicated male who was walking along West Long Avenue on Saturday. Upon arrival police provided the male transportation to a residence on Grant Street, where he was released to a friend.
- Police responded to an alleged assault Sunday in the 200 block of West Long Avenue. Upon arrival police encountered the males allegedly involved in the incident. One male told police that the other male was talking to his female friend, which he didn’t appreciate. Further, he told police he followed the other male from the bar and assaulted him. Charges were filed as a result of the incident.
- On Sunday, police observed a male who was driving along West Long Avenue and who had warrants out for his arrest. Police pulled his vehicle over and took him into custody. He was transported to the Clearfield County Jail.
