- Minor injuries were reported after a two-vehicle accident Tuesday on Brisbin Street in Houtzdale Borough. Joyce B. Merrill, 77, of Austin was traveling south, while a vehicle driven by Sally A. Levonick, 56, of Osceola Mills was at a complete stop at a red light. Levonick was facing north when Merrill ran the red light and struck the front fender of her vehicle. Levonick sustained minor injuries as a result of the accident. Merrill was cited for running a red light.
- No injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident that occurred Tuesday on Evans Road in Pike Township. Further, a 16-year-old Clearfield boy observed several deer on the roadway. After applying his brakes, his vehicle exited the roadway and struck a tree. The boy was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident.
