- An incident of theft by unlawful taking occurred Saturday at Cooney’s Tavern in Kylertown. During the incident, someone stole a Bellefonte woman’s wallet from a table. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the state police at Clearfield at 814-857-3800.
- An incident of disorderly conduct occurred Friday at the Winburne Fire Department in Cooper Township. During the incident, two Drifting residents allegedly argued and created a hazardous condition, running over traffic cones. Both were cited for the incident.
- Minor injuries were reported after a three-vehicle accident Friday at the intersection of Front Street and state Route 53 in Decatur Township. Tamela J. Watro, 44, of Clearfield was traveling east and attempting a left-hand turn onto SR 53. However, she failed to yield upon turning and her vehicle traveled into the path of a vehicle driven by Darrell S. Curtorillo, 61, of Philipsburg, which was traveling west. The Curtorillo vehicle struck that driven by Watro; upon impact both vehicles traveled north. At that point, the Curtorillo vehicle struck another vehicle driven by Christopher A. Thomas, 34, of Rockton. Thomas was stopped in the south lane of SR 53 upon impact. All occupants were wearing their seatbelts. Curtorillo sustained minor injuries as a result of the accident. Watro was cited for failing to yield to oncoming traffic.
