- On Saturday, someone entered a Ginter woman’s vehicle and stole items that were valued at approximately $300. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the state police at Clearfield at 814-857-3800.
- A hit-and-run accident occurred Saturday on Sunset Lane in Decatur Township. Further, a vehicle was traveling south toward Osceola Mills when it traveled across the northbound lane and exited the roadway. The vehicle proceeded into a yard and struck a shrub before traveling south and fleeing the scene.
- On Saturday, someone entered a Chester Hill man’s yard and stole ceramic cow and Dalmatian dog lawn ornaments. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the state police at Clearfield at 814-857-3800.
- On Saturday, a single-vehicle accident occurred on state Route 153 in Decatur Township. Cassandra A. Alshizer, 29, of Houtzdale was traveling south when a deer crossed directly in front of her vehicle. Her vehicle struck the deer and was towed from the scene. Alshizer was transported to the Clearfield Hospital for medical treatment.
