- A South Fourth Street resident reported the theft of a McCulloch Eager Beaver chainsaw with a yellow plastic case. It was stolen from his vehicle Tuesday night.
- Three Ogden Avenue residents reported that someone entered their vehicles on Tuesday night. Further, a Garmin GPS was removed from one vehicle and a checkbook and sunglasses from the other one. Nothing appeared to be missing from the third vehicle.
- A Pennsylvania Avenue resident reported the theft of an Advanced Sleep System from his vehicle on Tuesday night.
- Police would like to remind residents to lock their vehicles when leaving them unattended.
- A stray black/brown dog was turned into police. Its owners may claim it at the Clearfield County SPCA.
- Police responded to a call on East Pine Street to assist emergency personnel.
- A pocketknife was found in the area of East Locust and Third streets and turned into police.
- Police reported a disturbance on East Sixth Street. Further, a 28-year-old Clearfield man allegedly punched a window in his apartment, which caused it to break and alarm other tenants. The man was cited for disorderly conduct.
- Police assisted a disabled motorist on West Market Street.
- Police responded to an alarm at a business on North Front Street. Upon arrival police found its front door was open. Police searched the business with the owner but didn’t locate anything missing.
- A warrant was served on Michael Bolding, 24, of Stafford, VA for theft of a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, access device fraud, identity theft, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Bolding allegedly stole a vehicle and property from an East Market Street address. Bolding was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Richard Ireland and bail was set at $100,000. Bolding is incarcerated at the Clearfield County Jail.
