CLEARFIELD – On Oct. 12, the Clearfield Fraternal Order of Eagles hosted events to benefit the Ritz Theater’s digital conversion project.
The Clearfield F.O.E. sold more than 150 chicken barbecue dinners from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Its Women’s Auxiliary hosted a bingo event, before the F.O.E. sponsored a street dance with music by Double Down.
All of the proceeds from these events benefited the Ritz Theater.
Kay Friberg, president of the F.O.E Ladies Auxiliary, presented Bob Knepp, owner of the Ritz Theater, with a check for $582. John Rowles, president of the F.O.E., presented Knepp with a second check for $1,582.
