Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between Oct. 3 and Wednesday on South Centre Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, someone knocked over the victim’s flower box and grape arbors. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact state police at Philipsburg at 814-342-3370.
