The investigation is ongoing into an incident of theft that occurred sometime between Sept. 5 and Friday on Black Bear Lane in Rush Township. The victim had hauled limestone out to the edge of his property and stored it there to be used later. During the said timeframe, a Rush Township employee was ordered to go out to the end of Black Bear Lane and make a turn-a-round there for larger vehicles.
